Pueblo, Colorado has many events and traditions but this one has been pasted down for many generations. All families/friends can’t wait till Christmas time to hunt for the Jingle Bell Rock. For those of you that don’t celebrate or know what the Jingle Bell Rock is. It is a rock that KPHT employees paint and hide for the families and friends to find. What happens if you find this rock you ask? 10,000 dollars worth of prizes. There are rules, rules are posted on KPHT (http://kpht955.iheart.com/) it must be in Pueblo, CO city limits, no privavate property, you must turn the rock in within 24 hours etc. You are also given clues they give out one by one the week of Christmas as you get closer to Christmas the more clues come out. There are multiple sponsors that have the clues on there doors of their business, also KPHT says clues on the radio station every couple of hours. This is one of those fun family and friend traditions that the people of Pueblo, Co have done for years.
